Our bamboo ladder is sealed with a moisture-resistant finish. Due to its handmade nature, color and size may vary slightly. 72"H x 15"W; 6 lbs. Inside rung width is approximately 12". Wash with warm water. Do not use abrasives. A Gaiam exclusive. Handmade in Vietnam.

WHY IT MATTERS:
Besides being a sustainable crop - namely because it has the capacity to replenish itself after harvesting - bamboo is one of the most versatile, beneficial plants. Bamboo is very strong and not easily affected by changes in temperature or humidity. Our Bamboo Bath Ladder is made of bamboo harvested in Vietnam from bamboo plants that continue to grow, then it's sealed with a moisture-resistant finish.
From the fair trade group Au Lac of Vietnam. Produced by craftspeople in Ninh So - also known as "Bamboo Village" - on the banks of the Red River in Ha Tay province. The artisans in this work group, half of which are women, use skills developed and passed along for more than 200 years. Their work crafting bamboo supplements rice farming. Read more

Gameplay
